Tamer Al-Naggar

Tamer Al-Naggar (Senior Associate)
- Tamer El-Naggar is an Egyptian legal consultant with over six years of experience as a legal consultant in Egypt, and over 10 years of experience in Saudi Arabia, before joining the Firm in 2017. He is licensed as an attorney by the Bar Association of Egypt.
- Tamer obtained his LL.B. in Law from Menoufia University, Egypt.
- Tamer has in-depth experience providing sophisticated, high level legal advice, in-depth legal opinions, drafting and reviewing contracts, internal policies and bylaws, and drafting and reviewing court memorandums.
- Tamer also has massive experience in providing critical analysis on issues related to organizational and corporate restructuring and corporate governance. He excels in dispute resolution and arbitration. Additionally, Tamer has served as a key member on the team and assisted in drafting and reviewing the ministerial decisions for the Ministry of Labor.

Doua Alattas

Doua Alattas (Senior Associate)
- Doua Alattas is licensed as an attorney by both the Saudi Ministry of Justice and the New York State Bar Association. She joined the Firm in February 2018, and has over four years of professional experience, both locally in Saudi Arabia and abroad. Doua is fluent in Arabic and English.
- Doua received a Juris Doctor Degree in Law and a Certificate in International and Comparative Law from Pepperdine University, School of Law, U.S.A. Doua also obtained her Master’s degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution with a concentration in International Commercial Arbitration from Pepperdine University, School of Law, U.S.A. , in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Studies from King Abdul Aziz University, Saudi Arabia.

Johnny Hannouche

Johnny Hannouche (Senior Associate)
- Johnny Hannouche is a legal consultant and heads the Riyadh office. Prior to joining the Firm in 2023, he had over 14 years of experience working in Saudi Arabia. Johnny is admitted as a licensed attorney by the Beirut Bar Association. He is fluent in both Arabic and English.
- He holds an LL.B. from La Sagesse University and an Islamic Finance Qualification accredited by the UK Securities Institute.
- He has extensive experience in advising Clients on the structuring, incorporating, and converting of companies including advising on the structuring and negotiation of merger and acquisition transactions; assisting major financial institutions in obtaining licenses from the Saudi Capital Market Authority; conducting various legal corporate due diligence exercises over small-medium-enterprises; and advising on Islamic financial transactions.

Jada Okur

Jada Okur (Senior Associate)
- Jada, prior to joining the Firm in 2023, has over 15 years’ of on ground experience working as a legal consultant in Saudi Arabia as well as in the United Arab Emirates.
- She obtained her LL.B. Degree from the University of Westminster, London, and her LL.M. Degree from the University College London, London, specializing in Maritime and International Trade Law.
- Jada provides comprehensive legal advice to local and international clients for a range of sectors, including but not limited to assisting and advising on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, company incorporation, commercial agreements and joint ventures, Islamic and conventional financing and other commercial and corporate matters.
- Jada has advised a number of high profile clients in, amongst others, the hospitality, construction and automotive sectors.
- She excels in drafting and reviewing various sophisticated commercial agreements from a legal perspective, including share sale and purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, asset purchase agreements, Murabaha and Tawarruq Islamic financing agreements, joint venture agreements, management agreements, importer and/or dealer agreements, construction contracts, employment contracts, management and development agreements, trademark license agreements, articles of association, memorandums of association, franchise and distribution agreements and sophisticated lease agreements.

Yara Alsaygh

Yara Alsaygh (Associate)
- Yara Alsaygh joined the firm in 2020 and she is licensed as an attorney by the Saudi Ministry of Justice. She is fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Yara received her LL.B. in legal studies from Dar Al Hekma University, Saudi Arabia, and was a member of the Dar Al Hekma Team in the Williem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, the first Middle Eastern team to qualify for the elimination rounds. She was also a member of the team that initiated the International Arbitration Arabic Moot organized by the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and co-coached the Dar Al Hekma Moot Court team in 2019-2020.

- Abdulelah Ashmawi is a Saudi lawyer and had over ten years of experience as a legal consultant in Saudi Arabia prior to joining the Firm in 2022. He is licensed as an attorney by the Saudi Ministry of Justice.
- Abdulelah obtained his LL.M. with High Honors from Chapman University, California, U.S.A in 2014, with an academic specialization in Business Law. Abdulelah received his LL.B. in Legal Studies from King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia, in 2011.
- Abdulelah has extensive experience in litigation according to the legal pleading system in both international business transactions as well as domestic business transactions. Additionally, he advises clients on several matters such as internal investigation assets in public and private sector establishments, legal aspects of medical errors, penal laws, the functions of criminal justice, and several cases relating to the Saudi Labor System.

- Nada Almehdar joined the Firm in 2017 and is experienced in professional administrative work. She is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
- Nada obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Business and Technology, Saudi Arabia.
- She assists the team in delivering client services and handling client relations. Nada supports the team through managing day-to-day operations; maintaining the legal database and archive system, and ensuring all appointments and schedules are attended to by the team.
