Dr. Qaisar Hamed Metawea

Managing Partner

  • Dr. Qaisar H. Metawea received an S.J.D. degree in International Intellectual Property Law -International Trade Law-, and an L.L.M. degree in International Intellectual Property Law at Indiana University, School of Law, U.S.A. Also Dr. Qaisar completed an L.L.M. degree in Business Law - International Trade Law-, at Case Western Reserve University, School of Law, U.S.A and an L.L.B. degree at King Abdul Aziz University, Saudi Arabia.
  • Dr. Qaisar H. Metawea has experience in corporate, intellectual property, aviation, employment, commercial law and litigation. Dr. Qaisar H. Metawea is one of a few lawyers in Saudi Arabia and the GCC who is specialized in intellectual property law and international intellectual property law. He has drafted and reviewed many intellectual property agreements, such as software licensing agreements. He has litigated many cases pertaining to intellectual property issues in Saudi Arabia.
  • Dr. Qaisar H. Metawea is also one of a few lawyers in Saudi Arabia who has experience in aviation law. He has drafted and reviewed many aircraft chartering agreements, aircraft purchasing agreements, aircraft management agreements, ground-handling agreements and purchasing fuel agreements. He also has been involved in huge government and private projects pertaining to chartering and managing aircraft. 
  • He has experience in international business transactions as well as domestic business transactions. He has advised and worked with many local and international companies and individuals regarding numerous commercial legal matters, such as obtaining investment licenses from "SAGIA" and forming legal entities in Saudi Arabia.

Doua Alattas

  • Doua Alattas is licensed as an attorney by both the Saudi Ministry of Justice and the New York State Bar Association. She joined the Firm in February 2018, and has over four years of professional experience, both locally in Saudi Arabia and abroad. Doua is fluent in Arabic and English. 
  • Doua received a Juris Doctor Degree in Law and a Certificate in International and Comparative Law from Pepperdine University, School of Law, U.S.A. Doua also obtained her LL.M. degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution with a concentration in International Commercial Arbitration from Pepperdine University, School of Law, U.S.A. , in addition to her LL.B. from King Abdul Aziz University, Saudi Arabia.
  • Doua has wide experience in legal research, liaising with governmental authorities, reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements and memorandums, legal opinions and due diligence, registrations and obtaining licenses in various sectors.

Lamisse Bajunaid

  • Lamisse Bajunaid is a Saudi lawyer with over six years of experience as a legal consultant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, before joining the Firm in 2019. She is licensed as an attorney by the Saudi Ministry of Justice and is fluent in Arabic and English
  • Lamisse obtained her LL.M. with High Honors from the University of California, Berkeley, U.S.A in 2016, with two academic specializations; Intellectual Property and Technology Law and Business Law. Lamisse received her LL.B. in Legal Studies from Dar Al Hekma University, Saudi Arabia, in 2012.
  • Lamisse has extensive experience in drafting and reviewing agreements, registrations, due diligence, and legal consultations.

  • Moayad Johar joined the Firm in  2018 and he is registered as a trainee lawyer at the Saudi Ministry of Justice. 
  • Moayad obtained his LL.B. in Legal Studies from King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia.
  • Moayad enthusiastically assists the team with litigation, submission and follow up on governmental inquiries, and the submission and completion of all forms of governmental applications, including applications before the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Commerce and Investment and the Ministry of Labor.
